Belle is hired to help a client fulfill his fantasy of being James Bond, but her favor with the client is put at risk when she and Duncan run into he and his wife. After a drunk Ben and Byron confront Duncan about Hannah, Hannah decides to sever her ties to Ben completely.

Week Twenty

The theme of the week is finding one's role and either living up to it or shunning it entirely in order to follow one's own desires. For some this is a practice in finding themselves, while others devote themselves entirely to pleasing those who would push their expectations onto them.

Taking Chances

Belle is well aware that women in her line of work simply can't make romantic relationships work, but seeing Bambi so happy with Byron makes her think that she might have written off her chances with Duncan far sooner than she should have.

Week Nineteen

The theme of the week is the end of relationships, in one form or another, whether those relationships are romantic, friendly, or simply of having known one another. The results vary, with some friendships broken, others culminating in a kiss, and a few that end in caskets.

Potential Hazards

Hannah/Belle struggles to maintain a professional working relationship with Duncan, while Bambi does the same with Byron. Meanwhile, Ben has decided to end things with Jackie but is unsure of how to go about it.

Week Eighteen

The theme of the week are the lies that we tell ourselves, the lies that we tell to others, and the lies that we are lead to believe. Whether the lies told are about who you really are, or what's really happening around you, ultimately we all know the truth about ourselves.

Mechanics and Technicalities

Duncan, Hannah's publisher, is convinced that her writing style needs a lot more work, while Hannah starts to seriously consider making their relationship somewhat more personal. Meanwhile, Bambi's frequent client starts to become something more, while Ben and Jackie's seem to be having more sex than Belle herself.

Week Seventeen

The theme of the week is becoming something that's expected of you, or to abandon those expectations in favor of your own desires. For some this could mean anything as simple as a costume change, while for others it could be the catalyst to an entirely different way of life.

Playing Into Fantasy

Hannah's life is made all the more complicated when her sister Jackie comes to stay, proceeds to snoop about Hannah's flat, and falls into bed with Ben. As though that weren't enough, Belle is confronted by an angry Stephanie looking to discuss her depiction in Belle's book.

Week Sixteen

The theme of the week is trying to be something that you're not, either to impress someone of a different social status, or to hide in plain sight.

Incognito

Hannah attends the launch party for Belle's book disguised as a waitress, but it's Ben who finds himself confused for the author. Meanwhile, Stephanie has a few choice words for Belle in regards to how she has been depicted within the confines of her semi-biographical narrative.

Week Fifteen

The theme of the week is the end of relationships, whether romantic in nature or platonic, and the struggle one has in dealing with said situation. Some are left weeping over all the lost moments they never got to have, while others manage to mend their ties and renew their bonds stronger than ever before.

Secret Diary of a Call Girl Overview: Series 02

Initially worried that her secret will be outed to the public without her control, Hannah questions whether or not she can continue her double life and still look her family in the eye. However, in taking control of the situation, Hannah soon realizes that a high profile reveal could lead to many more opportunities than she had had before. It's her fear of revealing the truth that keeps her from a stable relationship, but her desire to tell the truth may prove too much for her.

End to Beginning

Stephanie books Belle for one last client before retirement, promising that this will get everything out of her system and allow Hannah to live with Alex happily ever after, and while Hannah is loathe to consider betraying Alex in this way again, she also has been unable to find another source of income.

Two finales are coming up this week, both of which will be followed by overviews for their respective series, and a third finale has just passed with it's overview due out later this week. One of them will continue on, but to two of our shows we bid adieu and remember the good (and the bad) that was to be had.

Week Fourteen

The theme of the week is the search for forgiveness as people make mistakes and do their best to repent for them. Some are for past transgressions, some for imagined blunders, and others for mistaken identity, but in every case the characters look to be absolved of their crimes.

Tentatively Normal

Hannah gives up her life as Belle in an effort to win back Alex, taking a job as an office temp and getting rid of all of her call girl paraphernalia. Her first night with Alex doesn't go quite as planned, though, when Ben appears at her door and professes his love for her.

Week Thirteen

The theme of the week is taking a secondary option when the first choice doesn't quite pan out, either out of necessity to the situation, or simply a desire to move on to something else. Whether it's a relationship that's better off forgotten, or a campaign that needs to be spoken for, our characters here learn valuable lessons about what it means to settle for something less.

In Sheep's Clothing

Belle and Bambi are booked for a party that quickly escalates beyond Belle's comfort zone, forcing she and Bambi to flee the party for fear of their safety. Ben comes to the rescue and, in her vulnerable state, Hannah invites him into her bed, risking their friendship in the name of brief comfort.

Week Twelve

The theme of the week is about dealing with death, whether literally experiencing the loss of a loved one, or symbolically losing a piece of one's self. This week high school heroes fall, reputations are tarnished, relationships are destroyed, and the nature of identity is put into question as our protagonists try to make sense of the world around them.
